How do I access the Attendee Hub?

  1. Log in to the Attendee Hub here: https://cvent.me/EgxRX9
  2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address.
  3. Enter your 6 digit verification code which you will receive at your email address. You may also receive a text to your mobile (if your mobile is on file and you are located in any of the countries listed below).

From there, you will be able to navigate to sessions on the home page. We also have sessions on-demand for you to check out.

 

How do I view sessions?

  1. Click into your session to view more details such as the description, session documentation, and speakers.
  2. Add the session to your personal calendar.
  3. 5 minutes prior to your session start time, you will see the option to “Join” your session.
  4. General sessions will open as a webinar in which all attendees will be muted to listen in.

 

How to make changes to my agenda (additions/deletions)?

In the Attendee Hub, simply click the “Remove” or Add” buttons next to the session title to add or remove sessions from your agenda.

 

What browser should I watch sessions on?

We recommend viewing all sessions on Google chrome.

 

Session Replay / Content Available

Sessions are only available for live viewing. For certain sessions, we are able to provide the presentation deck. Please reach out to thriveconference@morganstanley.com for information.

 

How do I register for the virtual conference?

Registration for Thrive by Morgan Stanley at Work | The Essentials, will open in October and is complimentary. If you were registered for our in-person conference or virtual, we have automatically registered you for our virtual conference, taking place from November 15-18, 2021. The great news is that you will still get the in-depth education, product knowledge, as well as continuing education credits.

 

Can I still get education credits at Thrive Virtual?

Yes, you will still be able to receive education credits at Thrive Virtual. More information will be released in October.

 

What do I do about my in-person registration?

Full refunds will be processed on September 15, 2021, and you will be automatically registered for the new complimentary virtual offering. If you paid by credit card, no action is required on your end. Refunds will be automatically processed. You will see the refund reflected on your credit card statement within 5-7 business days. Please reach out to thriveconference@morganstanley.com if you sent payment via check.

What do I do about my hotel booking?

If you booked a hotel room through our booking site for the Hyatt or Hilton, we invite you to please cancel with the hotel you booked with by September 24, 2021. You can manage your reservation via your confirmation email or by contacting the hotel directly.

What if I still had my Synergy or Directions pass from 2020?
